Subject: Cheap (Good Value) NiMH Batteries

No connection with this firm other than as a very satisfied customer...

2500mAh, four for £2.79 (but p&p £3.95). Works out cheap if you want a lot or are buying other stuff at the same time. E.g. memory cards/sticks, photographic stuff, etc.

Agree with your sentiments, Barry; an excellent firm to deal with. Worth noting that their normal delivery - as they say on their website - can take quite a few days.

Batteries vary in quality. You usually get what you pay for. Sony and Sanyo have a good reputation. I bought some Ansmann NiMH a while ago. They failed early. My Sonys are still going. The Sanyo Eneloops are too new to say.

Agreed, but 7dayshop do seem to sell good quality stuff cheaper than most other places.

Unfortunately the batteries are 'sleeved' with their own logo, so we don't know who the manufacturer is.

Certainly Sanyo have/had a very good reputation for NiCds. I would assume their NiMhs are equally as good.
