It might depend on which machine you want fixed. I have a netbook and Pinnock don't fix those. I went to somebody called Costas Stylianou <costass at ntlworld .dot. com > who could. His details are as follows :- C.Stylianou, 20A Belmont Road, Bushey, WD23 2GS
He replaced the screen on my netbook after I'd broken a tiny connector trying to take a look at why it didn't work properly after I'd dropped it!
His mobile number, in case it's of any help is 07850 394095. He took a little while to answer a voice mail but I had no other complaints about his service and his prices were very reasonable.
